The delivery time is - as far as in the offer otherwise appears - at Germany 2-6 working days, if offered to foreign countries, up to 16 business days.

We do not ship directly to customers from Switzerland and United Kingdom. Please organize a shipping address near your border and export yourself.

After transmission of the export invoice stamped by customs, we will refund the German MwSt. ( VAT ).

In our shop you will find articles that you can order for 0% VAT. 
The following items are eligible for this according to §12 Para. 3 No. 1 UStG:
   - Solar energy systems installed close to homes and/or on buildings used by the public.
   - Components for storing the electricity generated by solar systems.
